HAPPY NEW YEAR from
the Creative Laboratory Class!
This week, the students of the creative lab. created their very own fireworks! First, the students covered a white A4 page with colour pencils, some used blocks of colour to fill their page while others filled the blank space with colourful spirals, waves and zigzags. When the page was full, the students then coloured over their works with black oil pastel colours. Finally, the students then carefully took the blunt side of their sissors and used it to remove part of the pastel in order to reveal the colour beneath and create the effect of fireworks!
