Here are some examples of the art works created by 1B Veicolare in celebration of the Chinese New Year's Day, Feb. 10th 2013! This year is the year of the snake, so the class used the image of a snake to inspire their art works! The students used wax candles to first of all draw the image and after they used coloured paints to fill the page with different designs and patterns. The wax of course is waterproof, so we are able to still see the snake after the paint has been applied! At present, these art works are decorating the Veicolare corridor.
